Welcome to Spooky's Ka Site! This is my little tribute to the Ford Ka. In my opinion, the best small car to have hit the streets since Sir Alec Issigonis scribbled his design for the Mini on the back of an envelope. With styling allegedly inspired by the swooping curves on a mineral water bottle, the Ka was the first Ford to feature New Edge styling. The Ka is elegant, stylish and yet also simple and functional. Since its release in late 1996, no other small car has yet matched the visual impact of the Ka.
I no longer own my Ka, having sold it October 2002. However, I decided to keep the site going as I've received some very positive feedback about the site, particularly regarding the head unit and speaker upgrade page. This will be the final update of the site, so I'd like to thank everyone for their suggestions and feedback over the last three years and particularly Steve Stunt (Stunty) for nagging me to do a site in the first place! Oh, and one last thing - If you bought a 'P' registration purple Ka during October 2002 from a Romford dealership, then this is more than likely your Ka featured on this site! See a picture of it prior to sale here.
