Eastern Region Individual Championships
Saturday/Sunday 6th/7th January 2001
at the
Brackenbury Sports Centre, High Road East, Felixstowe, Suffolk, IP11 9JF
The championships will be held at Brackenbury Sports Centre on Saturday 6th January and Sunday 7th January 2001 and we are grateful to the Suffolk Coastal Leisure and Amenities Contract Services Division and the staff of Brackenbury Sports Centre for their assistance in staging these events.
The Ladies’ Foil Event and Men’s Foil Event will be held on the Saturday and the Men’s Epee Event, Ladies’ Epee Event and Mixed Sabre Event will be held on the Sunday.
The entry fee for each event will be £10, but there will be a reduction for multiply weapon entries so that entry to 2 events will be £18 and 3 events £24. There will also be Master at Arms trophies for the best competitors over the 3 weapons, 1 for ladies and 1 for men.
There will be a late entry fee of £2.00 for every entry received after the 3rd January 2001.
N.B.
Every fencer must be a member of British Fencing (Associate or Full), it will be possible to join on the day with payment by cheque or cash.
All fencers must be aged 13 years or over on 1st January 2001.
We will also require referees so if your club has fencers who are entering please try to also bring along someone who can referee.

Mixed Sabre 2:00 p.m. Sunday
Enclosed are entry forms, please feel free to copy as many as you need. These entry forms should be returned to Tony Sach, 116 Long Brandocks, Writtle, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 3JR by Wednesday 3rd January together with a cheque payable to British Fencing - Eastern Region covering the entry fees.

Spectators are admitted to the venue, and entries accepted, on the understanding that the British Fencing Association, the Eastern Region of the British Fencing Association, the organising committee, the officials, the referees and the staff of the Brackenbury Sports Centre cannot accept responsibility for accidents, loss or damage to persons or property, however caused.
