£12.00 for entries made either through post or by email and received by 23-03-08
£15.00 for entries received after 23-03-08 or new entries on the day

Conditions
*All fencers taking part must be members of British Fencing (not social members)
*Spectators are very welcome to come and support
*All fencers and spectators do so at their own risk, and are personally responsible for their own safety. Spectators are admitted to the venue,
and entries accepted, on the understanding that the Organising Committee, Officials, Referees and University staff cannot accept responsibility
for accidents, loss or damage to persons or property, however sustained.
*Fencing gear in the hall can easily get mislaid. Please make sure all equipment is fully marked up with the fencers or clubs name
Equipment
The competition can only run if we are able to use the electric boxes, spools etc kindly supplied by clubs in the county, it is therefore a condition of entry that every club entering
brings at the very least one complete set of spools, boxes etc. Please make it a better day by bringing as many as possible - even spare spools or ground leads will help - but please make sure you mark them up and they work .
As always some help and assistance in setting up etc would be greatly appreciated.
