St. Serf's Tower

The solid shape of St. Serf's Tower stands near the shore in Dysart over looking the cottages of Pan Ha'.  St. Serf lived in the area in the 9th century, in a cave.  The present tower was built in the 16 century.  This is the only part left of the church dedicated to the saint, and is now no longer used.  The top part of the tower has been converted into a doocot.
