BY CAR Leave M53 at Junction 2 and follow signs for Hoylake, then West Kirby (A553) Continue right through West Kirby and go up the hill. At the top of the hill there is a garage on your left – opposite the garage turn SHARP RIGHT into Village Road. Go down the hill, past the Ring O’Bells pub and just round the corner on the left is Victoria Cottage with the post box outside and the Moby Dick pub opposite. Parking for one car is at the side of the house by the post box.
BY RAIL On arrival at Lime Street Station go down to the underground and take the train to West Kirby. Come out of West Kirby Station and go across the zebra crossing. Turn left past the Dee Hotel (Wetherspoons) and then take first right into Westbourne Road. Carry on till the third road on the left which is Church Road. Turn left and go up Church Road, over the bridge, past the Church (bearing right) until you reach the Ring O’Bells pub. Turn SHARP RIGHT and continue down the hill and Victoria Cottage is the white house about 100 yds down on the left hand side, by the post box and Moby Dick pub. |
