2002 in Pictures - part 2
Scotland
We had got to Stirling last year before the weather turned really bad and we decided to abandon the holiday. Before we returned we had a drive along the east bank of Loch Lomond and our first brief stop in Scotland this year was on the opposite bank from where the picture, right, was taken with the camcorder on maximum zoom. |

| As usual we were slow to get started. We had planned to leave on the Saturday July 6th but took till the Monday to get ready. The first stop was near Kendal then off early for the border. We passed Loch Lomond and headed to Glen Coe for our first stop. We were disappointed to find the campsite we were hoping to stay at was full and had to settle for one on the Oban road. |
