About Me

My name is Robert Kelso and I have lived in Cumbernauld for the past 20 years. I live in Ainslie Road, Kildrum with my wife Beth. My son also lives in Kildrum.

I have had a variety of jobs since leaving school including waiter, bank clerk, labourer and summer camp counsellor. Since graduating from Jordanhill College in 1978 I have spent most of my career as a community worker working in the YMCA / YWCA and lately in local government as a coordinator of local projects in Bellshill and Kirkintilloch. At present I am working with East Dunbartonshire Council as an Integration Coordinator with Children's Services.

Over the years I have been involved with youth activities and spent many happy hours as a Boys' Brigade Officer. For leisure I play chess, listen to music and attend concerts and the theatre. I am also into computing and the web plus digital photography, and I love to read.
