I'm 31, and work as a broadcast engineer with the BBC in Nottingham, UK. As you might expect from my job, I have a great interest in all things to do with audio, video and computing. Hence this site contains some interesting multimedia bits! Enjoy!

Away from work, my interests include music (especially midi), photography and cooking. I am also a great fan of cult comedy TV series such as "The Golden Girls" and "Are You Being Served. You can find out more about both of these on this site.

I live with my partner, Kevin, in our new house at the heart of Sherwood Forest (yes that's right, famed for Robin Hood), in Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom. Our house is a few miles north of the great city of Nottingham, and about 130 miles north of London.

He is 32 and also works in Nottingham as a Customer Advisor on a national computer support helpdesk that is based in the city. So if you've bought your computer in the UK or Ireland from one of several leading high street stores, and you are having a problem with it, you could well end up talking to him on the phone!

He is mad about roller-coasters, (he's even in the European Coaster Club), and is also a fan of the Australian TV series, Prisoner Cell Block H.

 

We have two cats, Smokey (on the left), and her brother Bandit, (on the right), who are eight years old and seem to spend most of the day sleeping, patrolling the area and continually asking for food - ah, what a life!
