Subject-by-subject Planner
for Infant Primary (early elementary) level
(incorporating Unit Study)

This is the revised version of the form that I devised some months ago to plan Unit Studies for Infant Primary level. The further I've been going along into planning and implementing and re-planning, the more it seems to me that unit studies on their own aren't really going to work for us. It seems to me that it's good to have a focus, but it is very difficult to include every subject in unit studies, and so there's a danger that some subjects get a raw deal if we don't plan for them separately.

Hence, this new form which covers all the subjects we're studying, although based loosely on a theme, is not exclusively theme orientated. For an example of how we've been using this form so far, click here.

If you feel that it could help you in your homeschool, you may freely use, share or amend this plan to plan your own Unit Studies, as long as you do not sell or otherwise dispose of it onwards for any profit.
