A non-refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation the deposit only will be forfeited up to 4 weeks prior to arrival, and 60% of cost of holiday if less than 4 weeks. For cancellations within 7 days of arrival there will be no refund if the property is not re-let.
Guests are requested to arrive after 4.00 pm and to vacate the accommodation by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
