What We Have Done (Continued)

2001
As part of the Anglia PR Challenge we cut-out hands to make Christmas posters which we displayed in local shops, doctors' surgeries, local hospital and the local Tourist Information office.

As part of this challenge we also took part in the ROSPA bird watch, and at Christmas we visited our local residential home for an international Christmas evening.
We spent a scrumptious evening at Simply Delicious doing no-cook cooking, where the Rainbows made chocolate truffles and cookies to take home.
We attended a District Rainbow Sing-a-Long which was a musical morning learning action songs and games.

We attended a District activity day called "Rainbow Footsteps".  Here the Rainbows had "passports" and "visited" Russia, Mexico and The Philippines for crafts and games.  As well as having their "stamped passports" the Rainbows also received a certificate and a badge.

We took part in the Great Marigold Trail with each Rainbow displaying a pot of marigolds by their front door, "Miles Of Smiles".
2000

We entered a float in the annual Rose Fair Parade.
