1.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete the engagement in
either vehicle we reserve the right to provide alternative transport.
2.
We shall not be held responsible for arriving late at the destination due
to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3.
Any luggage or personal property belonging to the client is the sole
responsibility of the client.
4.
We reserve the right to invoice the client for repairs, replacement or
valeting costs as a result of damage to the vehicle and/or fixtures caused by
the client or passengers.
5.
A £70 non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking for each
vehicle, with the
balance payable one month prior to the Wedding.
6.
In the event of cancellation by the client, if over 72 hours notice a
refund of 50% of the total cost will be given.
If less than 72 hours notice no refund will be given although this is
entirely at the discretion of the company having regard to the circumstances of
the cancellation.
