Don’t be put off making yourself a fine wooden paddle by the effort of marking out. Get an accurate outline of the blade and grip, and the necessary carving guidelines, without having to transpose from offset tables and paper patterns. Mark out with a professional degree of accuracy in minutes rather than hours. Plywood blade and grip templates, and grip top and side, throat and blade tip plastic flexible templates supplied.
The blade template locks precisely together but takes apart so that the whole template set fits into an A4 padded envelope that will fit through your letterbox. This avoids problems with large parcels arriving whilst you are out. Simply draw around the templates and return to us in the same envelope within a week. See here to see how to use the template set.

Template hire costs £10 plus £3 postage and packing. Please note: you will also have to pay separately for the return postage which is around £2.14. We ask for a deposit of £12, returnable on our receipt of the returned template set in good condition. Important:email us to let us know which design you would like.
Please appreciate that we will have to retain the deposit if the template set does not return to us for whatever reason.
