Well, if you've managed to jack the car up and get the plug out, the filling is straightforward... We used a Machine Mart oilcan - a fairly traditional looking item with a thumb-operated pumping mechanism. However - instead of a rigid spout, this item comes with a flexible hose that can be bent and set into pretty much any shape you like. The filling procedure consists of just manoeuvring the hose into the filler hole - and gently pumping in the diff-oil until some starts to dribble back out. Easy-peasy really... Don't forget to put the plug back in before you lower the car and put the wheel back on... ...and off you go! |
