My latest musical venture is to write / compile a Progressive Rock "Concept Album" . This will be a combination of existing songs which I intend to revisit, refresh and re-record; coupled with some new material. My intention is to tie this together under one theme and in a cohesive manner.
Well, the "concept album" writing is finished!! All I can say, prior to the recording, is that this is one dark and heavy piece of music. I'm actually really proud of it, some of the new material being probably some of the best stuff I've written. Once recorded, I suggest candles, a bottle of strong red wine (or Absynth) and a darkened room!
