15th August 2001
Wow, what a busy month (or three), we have been in the
studio (see ‘studio report’) and finished the CD (see ‘Get a CD’ page).
We played the
Cooperage in Plymouth on 8th of August with No Comply (www.nocomply.co.uk),
Meanie (www.meanie-official.co.uk),
and Synthax.. We arrived late and couldn’t find anywhere to park, and
then there was a really weird bloke with a shaved head, who kept hanging around
us, his behaviour was very disturbing, we believe his name is Chris Strong, so
if you meet him…. Run! The toilets were also very strange; the floor was very
unusually slippery! Shaun would also like to say hi to Catherine and her friend,
if you read this could you please e-mail him, his hands are getting hairy and
soon he will go blind.
E-mail address
– We forgot to put the e-mail address on the site during the last update so
here it is pugsly43@hotmail.com
Gavin has moved house and BT tried to charge nearly £80 to take his phone
number with him (see Crap thing of the month).
Also, following last months Crap thing… A big thanks to Matt Roper who found
Shaun’s nose ring. Quite what he was doing on all fours in the boy’s toilets
is none of our business, however he did managed to spot the piece of jewellery
and return it to Shaun, thanks Matt.
…..that’s all, and remember kids, next time your mum catches you
masturbating just tell her you were inspecting your balls for any unusual lumps.

On
Tuesday the 8th of May we went into the studio to record some stuff
for Lee’s coursework, we recorded one song, ‘Triple
Action Delight’, ate McDonalds and generally misbehaved. The next day
Shaun spent most of the day barfing! He blames the food he ate the night before,
but we can’t be sure, the boy has some strange habits. Some good has come from
the unpleasant incident; Shaun promptly penned a tune about his encounter with
the ‘pavement pizza’ titled ‘Throwing
up on Wednesday’. It’s gonna be a number one hit, when we get signed of
course.
We
are planning to go back into the studio in the next couple of weeks (June), we
want to record 7 tracks, using 3 as a demo/CD and the rest for downloads on the
web, there is also talk of a video to accompany one of the songs (an interactive
CD-ROM kinda thing) but I doubt it will happen. Anyway the following 7 songs
will be available soon:
