A CSS Positioning Experiment

This is an experiment in CSS positioning. Below there should be a picture of some flowers, with arrows overlaid on top of it in various places.

Here is the picture again, this time it is supposed to be centred in the area with the grey border (a div which follows the window size), with the arrows in the same places on the picture.
