Motor Mania - UMI (1982)

Ancient race game which, despite jerky scrolling, still has good playability.  Your racing car has to be guided along a road of varying width while avoiding contact with other cars and refuelling as necessary.  Falling rocks, fire engines and narrow dirt tracks are also encountered as you try and score as many miles as you can.  Simple but fun.
