WEAG is a local amateur Archaeological society, affiliated to The Standing Conference on London Archaeology (SCOLA) and the London and Middlesex Archaeology Society (LAMAS).

We aim "to promote the advancement of knowledge and education by a study of archaeology, history and kindred subjects ".

We pursue this aim through a variety of activities:

• Monthly lectures.
• Excavations and field walking
• Outings to places of archaeological and/or Historical interest
