Broadband in Chapel of Garioch, Durno, Pitcaple and Whiteford

On 17^th November 2003, BT announced a number of trigger levels for small exchanges such as Pitcaple which serves the villages of Chapel of Garioch, Durno, Pitcaple and Whiteford. The trigger level for the Pitcaple exchange is 100 registrations.

To try to speed up the process I’ve started to publicize the target by dropping leaflets through letterboxes in homes in the villages.
