And it wasn't good it was great! (apart from being without co-driver as Fen was still on holiday in Spain!). The car and driver were dialled in today. This was only the second or third double lap sprint that the car had done at Curborough. Previous best time was in the 67's and after first practice I new we were going to smash that. The best timed run was the first with a good flowing run that was only 0.02 seconds behind Richard's 350BHP Mitsubishi EVO5! The later run was slower due to a couple of bad corners and generally hotter conditions (most people went slower on the second run). Watch out for next week though when Steve Campbell joins the class in his stroked 2572cc high compression big valve water railed mega Sunbeam Lotus - WATCH THIS SPACE!
