A scrappy boring game that had few highlights a one low point. Two headed goals from corners in the first half by Lister and Duffin were enough to give the game to Oakley. The low point in the game was a shocking tackle on young Neil Ferguson a few minutes after he had come on as a substitute. He headed the ball past the oncoming defender who caught him full in the face with his studs, his head happened to be 5 feet of the ground at the time and necessitated him going to hospital in an ambulance. Get well soon Fergy. It was good to see Dave Shepherd at the game after his accident during the week, keep yer chin up and get back soon. Primrose: Horn, Haggett, Ravenscroft, A.
