Loch Oich

Loch Oich

Loch Oich is the smallest of the three lakes and is about four miles in length. About half-way along its western shore is Invergarry from which a beautiful road ascends Glen Garry to the coast. Invergarry Castle, burnt down by the Duke of Cumberland after Culloden, was the refuge of Bonnie Prince Charlie both before and after the battle.
