Generally Italian -- Pizza and Pasta; Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Carrots; Peas; Fish (white and oily) but *no bones* -- so canned tuna is well up on the list!; Mushrooms (edible); Sweetcorn; Courgette; Broccoli; Cauliflower; Celery; most Meats but *no* fat or gristly bits, or areas where there's more hassle than meat e.g. chicken legs; Rice; naan breads and similar; Cheese (cheddar, wensleydale, cheshire, caerphilly & similar); No problems with nuts, gluten, dairy, or most other things you'd think were a problem!
Hard-boiled egg (scotch egg etc) in small qtys; *Mild* curries and chillis; Peppers; most Pulses and Grains; most Vegetables that I can think of; Cream.
POTATO in any shape or form (other than properly cooked chips); CUCUMBER; BRUSSELS SPROUTS; EGG, including egg mayonnaise etc, but no problem when used to make cakes etc.; AVOCADO; KIWI-FRUIT; BAKED BEANS; NON-FISH SEAFOOD; anything FATTY or GREASY (how d'ya think I keep my slender trim looks!)including cheap TINNED HAM
