This competition is an individual event comprising of four disciplines.

Compulsary 30 seconds ( all ages )

Speed 30 second ( 11 and under, 12 - 14 )

Speed 60 seconds ( 15 and over )

Double unders 30 seconds ( all ages )

Freestyle 45 - 75 seconds ( all ages )

The competitors will be divided into three age categories as shown above.

Competitors must arrive for registration at 11 am for a prompt 12 noon start.
