DAN RUCKWOOD

Dan Ruckwood (Redditch SC & City of Birmingham SC) is pictured holding the trophy which England won at the Four Nations Schools International in Dublin over the weekend.

Dan competed in the 100m backstroke and was just touched in 2^nd place by his England team mate David Gregory.

Dan was also part of the 4 x 100m freestyle relay squad. A superb final leg from him earned the team 1^st place and a new National Record.
