HEAD COACH

Accredited to Swim21 and committed to LTAD, Redditch Swimming Club is a forward looking club that is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual as Head Coach. The Head Coach will be responsible for the planning and delivery of training at all levels throughout the club.

Heading a team of coaches and teachers, applicants should be qualified to ASA Level 3 Club Coach, preferably with experience of coaching swimmers to national level. ASA Level 2 Club Coach working towards Level 3 may be considered.

This position has arisen due to the retirement of our current Head Coach.

The position is for approx 13 ½ hours per week but job share may be considered and remuneration is negotiable according to experience.
