BAG PACKING AT SAINSBURY’S SUPERSTORE, REDDITCH

 

The Fundraising Committee of Redditch Swimming Club would like to say a very big thank you to all parents and swimmers (and brothers and sisters of swimmers) who gave up their Saturday morning/afternoon to come and help at our first bag pack at Sainsbury’s superstore in Redditch on 18 April.

We managed to cover approximately 5-10 tills between 10:00 and 15:30 with our very keen little army of helpers.  Despite not being able to have a full complement of helpers due to training, an open meet and a gala, the final total raised for the day was £512.95.

WELL DONE EVERYONE. This was a very successful event and the proceeds will go towards helping support the club through the purchase of equipment and training for our poolside helpers.

We have another date planned for later in the year so if you missed out this time or fancy helping again keep your diaries clear!!!  The date is as follows:
