Note:

These awards are not based upon achievements in club galas or other competitions, but are made for particularly notable efforts and

 progress during the month in training.  Its purpose is to recognise swimmers who have trained regularly, put in consistent effort, followed the

 instructions of their coach/teachers and showed good improvement in one or more aspects of their swimming technique.
