A unique ground level self contained double bedded B&B apartment in beautiful farming country

A warm welcome awaits you at "Springfields" set in beautiful countryside within easy access of the Saxon town of Bradford on Avon and the Roman City of Bath. The bungalow is set in half an acre of cottage gardens surrounded by many interesting plants.

"Springfields" is an ideal base to explore many nearby National Trust properties, gardens, the American Museum, and the Kennet and Avon Canal. An ideal area for cycling and walking with many footpaths. Cumberwell Park Golf Club is just 5 minutes down the lane and there is a good selection of pubs and places to eat locally.

Our full English breakfast menu includes vegetarian and caters for all tastes with free range eggs from our own chickens and home made preserves.

Accommodation at "Springfields" comprises a ground floor self contained double ensuite bedroom with shower, w/c and hair dryer.
A private dining room/lounge adjoins the bedroom, complete with radio, TV and tea/coffee making facilities

Directions

"Springfields" is approximately 2 miles from Bradford on Avon, 6 miles from Bath and about 2 hours from London . Follow the A363 road signposted to Bath from the centre of Bradford on Avon after about two and a half miles turn left opposite Cumberwell Golf Course (Signposted Ashley on the main road).

Proceed up the lane to a small country cross roads go straight across following the signs for Winsley, go past Great Ashley Farm and Great Ashley House, we are the next bungalow you come to.

From the West pick up the A36 at Bath going south.

At the traffic lights at Limpley Stoke (Viaduct Hotel) Turn left on to the B3108 to Winsley carry on along Winsley Bypass and take the third turning on the left turning into the lane signed To Ashley (over cattle grid) we are the first bungalow you come to on the left after approximately 1 mile.

Prices are per night and inclusive of breakfast (there are no taxes).

Payment may be made by cheques drawn from UK Accounts, Cash or Sterling Travellers Cheques

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All taxes are included within the rental rates

Occupancy: Due to fire regulations, under no circumstances shall the maximum accommodation of each room be exceeded in " Springfield 's"

Travel Arrangements: Springfield 's is in a secluded spot and therefore guests are recommended to provide their own transport. Unfortunately, we are unable to reduce booking charges due to late arrival or early departure

Pets: Although we are great animal lovers ourselves, in the interests (hygiene/safety) of other guests to Springfield 's we are unable to accept pets.

Children: Children are most welcome to Springfield 's B&B, however children are the sole responsibility of their guardians. Ultimately guardians of the children must make their own judgement about the suitability of the property for their own children.

Smoking: In the interests (hygiene/safety) of other users of Springfield 's B&B, a strictly non-smoking policy is maintained throughout the property

Checking in and checking out: Check in is generally preferred after 4:30pm on your day of arrival. To enable to us to keep our rooms to a high standard of cleanliness and for the convenience of new guests arriving, it would be greatly appreciated if rooms could be vacated by 10:15am on your day of departure.

Payment: An initial deposit of £25.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your room. A balance payment is required on departure and preferred payment is method is by cheque/sterling traveller's cheques or cash

Liability: We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury, illness or inconvenience whether to person or property which you or any other person may suffer or sustain arising out of or in respect of the letting.
