You will find our early 18th Century Grade II listed Queen Anne Farmhouse surrounded by trees in a large old fashioned country garden, deep in the fenland countryside. We are ideally situated close to the Wash, with its extensive wild life and coastal walks. Also, for touring the famous fenland Churches as well as Royal Sandringham, the Norfolk Coast and historic Lincoln, Stamford and Boston.

Guy Wells is our home offering a few guests (non-smokers only) fresh wholesome food, comfortable spacious accommodation, with full central heating three double bedrooms (one twin bedded) all en suite, radios plus tea and coffee making facilities. Guests have their own pleasant sitting room with colour T.V., wood burning stove, old beams and low ceilings as well as dining room with separate tables.

Guy Wells is a family farm growing arable crops and flowers such as daffodils and tulips. Richard will often take interested guests on a farm tour particularly concentrating on our flower production. We produce our own vegetables and free range eggs. Do come and have a restful stay and enjoy Guy Wells. Anne and Richard look forward to welcoming you into their home.
