What's New

You go to your magickal place and see your gate (or door) in front of you. This is your gateway to another realm. You open the gate. On the post on the other side of the gate you see a lamp shining brightly. You know this lamp well for it will always guide you safely back to your gate.

You notice it is night time. You walk down a steep but easy path down to a river. You hear water gently bubbling and gurgling. You easily follow the path and come to the waters edge. You see the water gently lapping on a sandy shore. Out in the river you see the reflection of the full moon on the water. The water is calm and still and the moon is reflected in all her glory without a ripple to break up her image. You notice a boat on the shore. This is a magickal boat that will carry you safely on the water. It cannot sink. It is as steady on the water as you are on dry land. You are not afraid to step into it. You gently climb in and sit down. The boat edges into the water and gently drifts downstream of its own accord. It is taking you on a magickal journey into the night.

Imagine you are going deeper and deeper into the night, you are aware only of the gentle rocking of the boat and the sound of the water.

After a while, you notice that the boat is heading towards the spot where the moon is reflected on the surface of the water. As you get nearer, you see that the Moon is, in fact, shinning down onto an island. Your boat gently beached itself on the shore of the island.

You climb out of the boat and see in front of you a little way in front of you a cave or grotto. The light of the full moon is brightly lit by the moon. This grotto is a special place. It is the home of the moon goddess who can heal you, and teach you the art of moon magick. You walk up to the entrance of the grotto and see the moon goddess step out and greet you.

Listen to what she has to say. Her words are words of wisdom. Ask her about your problems and worries. Ask her for instruction in magick if you wish to do so.

This is an important time you are spending with the moon goddess. Relish it!

When you are ready, bid her farewell and thank her for what she has given or shown you. Using your little boat, head back upstream to where you started. Gently climb our of you boat and see the lamp by your gateway shining out into the night. You walk up the path, back to your gate. You go through the gate, carefully closing it behind you and make sure it properly closed and locked. You gently return to your waking reality, refreshed, relaxed and centred.

Know that you can return to the moon goddess whenever you wish
