Access via the Internet
The following URL's can be used to access my e-mail and
Internet pages on the World Wide Web. Note that some web servers are
case-sensitive; so that the use of capitals / lower case is critical.
Since Windows PCs are not case sensitive for file names, working links
sometimes fail when loaded to the server. If this happens let me know
and I will correct the problem.
At the Tesco site -
At the FreeBeeb / BBC site
NOTE - this site uses "case sensitive"
file names so if links don't working please check the use of
upper and lower case in the URLs
At British Telecom / Talk21 / BT Internet sites -
- e-mail - townsleyb at talk21.com
- e-mail - townsleyb at btinternet.com
At Web Services Companies -
At other sites -
Access via the CD-ROM
The following URL's give the same links as above but without
the "http://homepages.tesco.net/~townsleyb/"
prefix so that you use them to navigate around the family CD without
going online. All the other pages in the site use this form of
"relative" addressing for URL's - so that they will work when
navigating around either format (CD pages and web pages). There are a
number of site not yet included in the CD links - so only
appear in the web URL's.
