The kids of today are not the only vandals. Grown up mature Local councils elected personal of today's left right and liberal beliefs are in all ignorance sometime the real vandals.
They in misguided abandon playing host to the developer of the tower block mentality.
In that they the elected personal believe that Developers and architect are the ultimate experts in design and advising for public desire.
Not able to be questioned or deterred.
While they destroy and vandalise our Victorian town.
Little regard to the local views of paying voting public.
The list is endless Schools; Churches; also once beautiful building the Corn exchange gone with some of our open spaces .
Closed railway stations all vandalised. But great ideas resurface in later years build them again.
Abundance we have is square box rat size high density-housing complexes.
Divided! No ears! No city?
We all take it in good humour and little did we imagine that many would have to endure the torture of these inventions of speed.
Constant noise of the infernal car banging of its closing doors at all hours on our residential housing estates and grid lock roads.
An often heard remark of I am on tablets for my nerves, a common cry.
Little wonder those who while away their time jabbing needles up their backside.
The change of the world we knew has gone forever Similar to the falling leaves of autumn and fading light of dusk
Gone is a lost dawn of long gone era.
Price we pay for our progress is for many in later years is the sacrifice of a life of peace and quiet in the twilight of ones life. After the roar and noise of one's youth.
