June 2002, The Recce trip to St.Davids, Pembrokeshire!

Wed 5th to Sat 8th June.

The proposed 'Whitesands Bay campsite' didn't live up expectations! So after a short drive we arrived at the 2nd campsite in the area, Which the Tariff proved far too expensive (the grass didn't look as if it was made of 22 carat gold) So after a few phone calls Steve lead us to the site he was staying at! After the acceptance inspection of the facilities by our inspectors 'Porthclais Farm' Campsite was selected for our base camp.
